These unique and fun collars will dress up your kitty cat in style! These handcrafted kitty collars are made primarily with cotton. All of these cat collars are 3/8” wide and have a curved safety release buckle, matching tri-glide for adjustment and a D-ring with charm or attached. Charm and or D-Ring can be removed. Safety release collars breakaway when caught on branches or other outdoor or indoor items and can be used with a harness but not a leash. The collars can adjust to about 8-12” long. Smaller kitten sizes or jumbo cat sizes are available on request. Proportion wise, the cat model is about the same size as a medium cat.

This collar is a chartruse medium weight fabric with black wavy lines and stars with a black charm spelling out 'Spooky' with green crystals in the Os to make it look like eyes which is medium in size (3/8"W x 7/8"H). I am so excited about this collar! This whole shop has so many amazing collars and I’m so glad that I found one that will fit my little kitten so perfectly when he gets a little older. It shipped really quickly, and was packaged very nicely. I will definitely return to this shop!

I never received the item. I ordered from etsy instead of amazon to support small businesses but only wasted money and received nothing. The package was insured but I was unable to get my money back. The process to file a claim with the USPS was dependent on the time the shipper gave the package to the post office. That shorted the time frame I had to report it missing and file the claim. The seller was unable to help me and told me to contact the post office. After many phone calls, visits to the post office and online requests, I have spent so much time / energy just trying to get pet collars. Sadly Im gonna have to buy from a pet store chain or Amazon cause I can’t risk wasting more money. The collars are very cute and probably worth the price but I wouldn’t know because I never received it and regret buying 3.

Customer service is important to me and I wish that you had had a better experience but if your mailbox is not secure, this can happen again no matter where items are purchased from. When a package is shown delivered, which in this case was, that's the end point for the order. Typically seller's are not responsible for the time frame or delay of the delivery service or the security of the mailbox at the delivery address because that's out of any sellers control. Also, the package was not insured as it was sent 1st class and USPS or I would have let you know if you had asked.
