Domestic: All packages are shipped via USPS mail through Etsy shipping and tracking is automatically provided by Etsy. Please refer to the order summary in your account and track your package to view its status.
International: I manually produce labels for international shipments to save costs. Tracking numbers are entered upon marking the item as shipped on Etsy. Packages are trackable through your order summary.

RUSH SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE at an additional cost and you must contact me via convo prior to placing an order with time restraints. I reserve the right to deny any special requests made in order notes when not pre-authorized with me through convos. This includes requests for substitutions. ie. different color item, etc. Many items are posted as made to order and there are generally several orders throughout a day. All Happy Hollow Glass is handcrafted, then properly annealed to ensure only the highest quality work gets shipped – Creation of each piece is a multi-step process taking a minimum of 24 – 36 hours. While I can occasionally fit a rush order in, it is best to allow a minimum of 10 days for the delivery or any order placed.

Most items are beautifully packaged in crystal clear cellophane, include information/card about my studio, and are ready to be wrapped and gifted if desired. Receipts are never included in shipments and can be printed out from your order summary if desired. This means that any packages being shipped as a gift will not include prices etc. First class shipments will arrive in a discreet, bubble padded, manila envelope & some reused materials. Priority mail packages will usually be shipped in priority packaging. The studio name will be shown on the shipping label in the return address section as Happy Hollow. Packages will be shipped to the address you provide on your Etsy order. Please convo me for further questions or requests on packaging.

Some items are available in larger quantities at wholesale prices including glass drinking straws, mini wine bottles, and stirrers. If you do not find a wholesale listing in my shop or have questions regarding wholesale options of a specific item please make your requests through convos.

All glass should be handled with care! This is borosilicate glass, properly annealed in a digital controlled kiln for maximum strength and durability. As with any glassware, it can be broken if mishandled or not properly stored. Small jewelry pieces are highly unlikely to break, even when dropped. Longer pieces such as beverage swizzles are more likely to break due to their structural integrity/length. Convo me if you have questions on caring for any specific item.

I always do my best to fulfill custom order requests. Simply convo me with details of your request and I can let you know what is possible. Custom glass bullets can be made in most sizes and you can certainly provide your own shell by shipping to the studio once we've discussed your customizations. Photos can be provided upon request, prior to shipping any custom order, however, I do not make custom orders until the check out process is complete. I do not accept returns or cancellations, and exchanges are not available on personalized items. Please note that glass is a tricky material to photograph and variations should be expected.

Sizing is generally included in each description. If you are unclear on any dimensions please convo me prior to ordering. Please remember that all of my items are handcrafted and slight differences should be expected.
Made to order items will be created upon ordering and any sizes noted in listings are approximate. I do my best to duplicate photos on made to order items. Slight variations are a natural trait of the handmade process and subtle differences are inevitable.
COLORS & GLASS: Glass can be tricky to photograph and may pick up reflections from surrounding objects. Certain colors may also have different results based on how they are worked in specific temperatures. Again, please expect variations on items showing "sample" photos.
