My signs are shipped First Class mail (2-6 business days) unless customer pays for upgrade to U.S. Priority (2-4 business days).

*Remember that shipping around any holiday is unpredictable. First class mail & priority mail almost always take longer than the post office estimates because of weather & volume of mail. In my experience it is usually about double the normal shipping days.

While packages usually arrive in those time frames, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks before refunding for nondelivery.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason return within 7 days of receiving item for a full refund not including shipping. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item if you are returning it. *Custom orders and sales are non-refundable.

Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility and item must be returned in excellent condition.

I will issue a refund for the cost of the item only after it is received back in excellent condition and shows no signs of damage. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
