Vintage 50s Drill and Ceremonies army field manuel propaganda interesting photography. Strange stiff uncomfortable-looking super serious soldiers going through drills with flags, rifles and white gloved hand gestures (salutes etc.) Also includes a lot of diagrams of how vehicle processions are choreographed and illustrations of soldiers in rows with guns for ceremonial firing positions. Has a neat notes section in the back, unfilled. A lot of interesting images and subject matter, great for the historical enthusiast and also for the political collage artist also great for you avant garde theater, film or animator artists who would like to stage convincing army drills. This is a paperback book in fair condition. The binding and pages are excellent but book has a band to it, the cover has a water mark and the back has some markings ( see pictures) This is a department of the army field manuel Drill and Ceremonies.
