How long does shipping take?

Question: How long does shipping take? Answer: Most pieces are made to order, so please allow 3–6 business days for us to finish your order before it ships. Every piece is stone-set, finished, and inspected by hand in Oregon before it goes out. Once shipped, free standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days. On a deadline — a gift, a birthday, a special date? Message us before you buy. We offer upgraded 1–3 day shipping and will do everything we can to get it to you on time.

Do you offer jewelry repair?

Yes — and not only on our own pieces. Lost a stone, bent a setting, broke a clasp? Message us with the details and we'll send you a quote. Manufacturing defects are always fixed free of charge; cleaning, resizing, stone-matching, and half-pair replacement are available through our repair service. We've been doing this since 2018 and handle most repairs in-house — we'd rather fix it than see you start over.

Is my order gift ready?

Every order ships in a gift box with a care card — no extra wrapping needed. Add a note at checkout if you'd like us to include a personalized message, and let us know your date so we can make sure it arrives in time.

Are your pieces real silver or gold — or are they plated over cheap metals?

Almost everything we sell is solid — solid .925 sterling silver, solid 14K gold, or solid 18K gold. A small number of pieces are gold-plated or rolled gold over solid .925 sterling silver, so even those have a real silver core — never base metal. Every product description lists exactly what it's made of, all the way through. Questions about a specific piece? Just message us.

What size should I order?

Each listing gives the exact stone size in millimeters, and many include an on-ear scale photo so you can see how it actually wears. As a rule of thumb, smaller sizes read subtle for everyday and larger sizes make more of a statement. Not sure which to pick? Message us — we're glad to help.

Are the gemstones real?

Yes. We sell genuine, natural gemstones and — where the listing says so — lab-created stones. Each listing states exactly which, along with the stone's grade and any treatment. Our natural stones are sourced from a verified AGTA member.
