Vintage 1950s silver enamel and necklace with faceted aqua stone OOAK

I love old souvenir spoons - I have used three from the 1950's for this necklace and they speak of special memories associated with place.

This necklace consists of three places - Inverell which is in the bush of NSW and is associated with sapphire mining, Lakes Entrance which is in Victoria and Banff Canada. What the three have in common is outstanding natural beauty and I put them together because their colours reflect this. Azure waters and bright skies - leafy banks, wild black swans and mountains: soft yellows, aquas and blues have a calming quality and I have added faceted aqua stones to carry the the glittery waters theme through for that extra bling.

They are hung on a black brass chain which is 23" (59cm) long with a lobster clasp. The centre pendant is 2 3/4" (7cm) long to the bottom of the stone, and the smaller ones are 1 3/4" (4.5cm) long.

This is a very pretty and eyecatching necklace and totally original. I am very proud to list it as it is now one of my favourites!
