Made by Carol Brent, this skirt definitely has a 40s look to me, with a slightly flaring cut, just-below-the-knee length and the shield-shaped back pocket, but it may be somewhat newer, probably 50s. The fabric is unlined cotton seersucker in fine light blue and white stripes. There is a side covered metal zipper and button at the waist. The skirt's flare is mostly due to the deep inverted pleats in front and back.

Please note: I'm sorry, the top shown has already sold.

Condition: Very good. There are a couple of faint spots on the skirt front, about 1/3 of the way down, shown in the last photo. They truly don't stand out.

Size: L to XL, best for about a US size 16 by my estimate, possibly 14.

Waist-33"
Hip-46"
Length-27"

Please note: I measure the dimension of the item itself, and you will need to consider what size you would want the item to be to fit well on you.
