- USPS Mail (usually) delivers within 2-5 days. We try to avoid your package sitting idle in cold weather between Sat-Mon by only shipping out at the beginning of the week.
- You will receive an email with tracking as soon as we print the postage label.
- Depending on what time we package your order, it could be picked up by the mail carrier the following day. (Don't worry - we'll keep it inside and warm)

Send us a message through Etsy if you need to change the shipping address on your order. If your order has already been picked up by the mail carrier there is nothing we can do.
- If the package is returned to us we will send you a listing to pay for postage and re-ship it.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a good delivery address.
- Plants that are damaged as a result of address issues will NOT be replaced or refunded.
Please send your package to an address where a physical person can receive it.
