Colors you will find only offered through my shop are all custom mixed colors and exclusive to my brand, Poured Soul Art. Offered in numerous colors & bottle sizes, each color is hand mixed in small batches with just the right amount of my signature pouring medium for optimal pouring flow and amazing finished results. Each color was created by me & handcrafted with your well being in mind! My products are all oil and additive free & hand poured with love & lots of soul from my art to yours!

Over that past year nearly 25,000 of you began a journey with me on my Instagram! What a journey it has been friends! One of the most common questions I receive is either how to troubleshoot your mix; or the biggest of all... WHAT PAINTS AND COLORS DO I PERSONALLY USE? To be quite honest, on any given day it could change depending on how I feel and how that transfers its energy into my mixing. (Be reassured haha all the colors I currently offer in my shop have been well documented through out the creating process! YAY.) But colors may vary slightly depending on the batch, but hey! That's art right?!? <3 There is no need of any type of artistic background or experience to create with these paints. No prior knowledge is necessary, but I encourage especially beginners to try and attempt new things to find their perfect flow. There are plenty of us on YouTube too! Maybe people assume moments as chunks of time but they’re not. A moment is a split second & choosing to live each one of them restores your life balance. It’s easy to become lost in remembering the past or worrying about the future, it becomes effortless. But the same should be true about healing. It should come effortlessly. Meaning you allow yourself to acknowledge, accept, learn to grow and let go as a natural effortless progression of life’s rhythm. We find that impossible to achieve because none of us give ourselves the time or day to dedicate to self care. We put people, pets, things, obligations, expectations & others demands before our own. Before you know it... it becomes a conditioned behavior & you never find the time for you, your moments or your needs.
Regardless of anything outside of the moment you are reading this... doesn’t matter because you have the choice to choose differently. Just because life’s played out a certain way, doesn’t dictate how it could continue from here. You choose that! How? It all starts by living those split second moments knowing you deserve it. But I will have to admit... if you’re already suffering it’s extremely difficult to embrace any moment & that’s okay. Because from this moment, it doesn’t have to be difficult to improve your own well-being & restore your balance in a simple & supported way. Which is why I am dedicated to helping others learn to live their now & I am going to use fluid Art & creative expression as a methods to get us all there!
