Vintage Boy Scouts of America "L-neck" flashlight, circa 1940s. These were often given to scouts as prizes for selling magazine subscriptions. The metal body of the flashlight is painted an army green, with silvertone accents. BSA branding can be found on both sides of the head, as well as on the base.

The flashlight measures just under 7" long. There is a clip at the back to put on your belt loop, and two holes in the base to slide through a string to carry around your wrist.

The flashlight has a bit of aesthetic wear -- chippy paint and whatnot. But amazingly, this flashlight still works! It takes 2 D-batteries (not included).
