Robert Larin artisan bracelet, probably circa 1960s, hallmarked....most of Larin's pieces were in pewter, some were then silver plated but I can't speak to this one just that it's lovely and substantial with a cool modernist busy twist....

In great vintage condition. 2-1/2 oz/75 grams. Comes with a matching ring that is not sized, but it's open so it can fit a range of small to medium digits.

Bracelet is 1 inch wide.

Length of bracelet is just shy of 7 inches. Excellent vintage condition. Hinge works well.

Robert Larin was a Canadian "jewelsmith" who began small but his popularity propelled him to large scale production. (He shared this distinction with
Rafael Alfandary, Gilles Vidal and the husband and wife team of Micheline de Passille and Yves Sylvestre.) He is known for his modern style, though he did most of his production during the 1960s/1970s

"Most of Larin's production jewellery was made of pewter, which was cast by the lost wax process and then filed by hand to remove the rough surfaces left by the casting. The piece was then oxidized or plated with silver or gold and then, finally polished."

weight or ring: 10 grams
