This listing is for 1 gallon-sized vintage "Sun Tea" continuous brewer kit (with spigot & full sunburst design). This kit includes all the simple ingredients and materials needed to get you home-brewing your own Kombucha tea. Each SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) with starting liquid has been raised with love, positive energy, and good vibrations! Kombucha (pronounced kom-BOO-cha), often called mushroom tea, has been used as a health and vitality tonic for centuries in China, Japan, and Russia. Raw, organic, natural, and alive, this culture creates a delicious, bubbly, fermented tea packed with gut-friendly probiotics, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes. This sized SCOBY/kit is best for individual brewers that would like to drink about 4-5 bottles a week.

I use priority mail whenever possible to ensure you get your items quickly, shipping to you within 2-5 days. Your order will be securely wrapped and packaged with love and care via recycled postal boxes and materials. All included packaging is reusable. 100% of our tea utilized in the creation of your kombucha culture is composted via vermiculture-completing the circle back to the Earth. This lovely, nutrient-rich fertilizer is spread on my organic permaculture garden which then supplies many herbs, spices, and fruits for Kombucha Love products. Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Pass it on!

My Kombucha cultures are created when brewed with my hand-blended organic gunpowder green and assam black tea blend, organic evaporated cane juice crystals with Himalayan trace minerals, and pure, filtered non-chlorinated reverse osmosis water (never ever with tap water). I’ve been brewing my Kombucha successfully for many years and want to share the love with you! These cultures are of the highest quality on the market today, are especially created for home-brewing, and have been regularly lab tested to be 100% pure and free of pathogens.

No need to spend up to $5 a bottle at the health food store when you can brew your own “booch” easily for just pennies a serving. Many store-bought brands are now being pasteurized this of which kills off much of Kombucha’s beneficial health properties since it is no longer raw. Also, due to FDA regulations just enforced, a number of large manufacturers have recently changed their brew process and recipe to control the amount of naturally occurring alcohol down to 0.05% or lower. Free your Kombucha beverage by letting it brew with the help of your own two hands the way nature has intended for hundreds of years- fermented the old-fashioned way, unadulterated, full of nutrients, and powerfully healthy! Depending on a number of factors, this home brewed beverage can contain anywhere between 1-3% of naturally-fermented alcohol.
