Will my item arrive by a certain date?

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. After an item is shipped out, it is beyond our control how long it takes to reach its destination. Please refer to usps shipping tool when checking out for an approximate delivery by date. Shipping upgrades are available for faster delivery.

If I order today, can you ship on the same day?

No, orders are fulfilled nightly and are dropped off at the post office daily during the week.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders that contain any discrepancy that cannot be confirmed with the buyer are subject to cancelation. This includes but is not limited to: orders with an invalid address, incorrect option chosen (e.g. personalization requested but paid for non personalized option), duplicate orders, etc. We will reach out to you once through email and twice through Etsy messages to confirm any details. If we do not hear back within 2 days, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.

My order shows as delivered but not in my mailbox, what can I do?

Unfortunately items that are marked as delivered are no longer our responsibility. We are not responsible for any stolen/lost or misdelivered items. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues with your delivery. Items that were delivered to the wrong address and are returned to sender are subject to additional shipping fees for redelivery. We do not offer refunds for items of this nature under any circumstance.

Are bulk orders available?

Yes, we are able to do bulk orders. Because of the quantity, we do require additional time to prepare your items. We will reach out to you if we have any questions regarding your order.

My item is stuck in transit, can I get a refund?

Once items are shipped, we have no control over transit times. Due to covid there have been delays in transit times outlined on both the usps website and our shop. Please be patient because they are usually not lost and end up arriving eventually. For this reason, we do not offer any replacements or refunds on items in transit. Please contact usps if you have any concerns regarding your parcel.
