Shipping lead times are 1-3 business days from time of order to time of shipping. Orders for single items will be on the shorter end of this estimate and orders containing multiple items will be on the longer end.

All items are shipped USPS. If you receive the wrong item/s, an imperfect item, or a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. For all claims, please provide us with your order number. If you received the wrong item please provide us with a picture of the item you did receive including an image of the product barcode if available. If the order arrived with an imperfect or damaged item, please include images of the imperfection or damage, as well as pictures of the packing materials and box in which the order was shipped. We will then issue a replacement order, and if applicable, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the mis-shipped items.

If an order tracks as delivered but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Sweet Water Decor is not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered.

Please note the shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order and are not guaranteed by Sweet Water Decor as items are shipped by USPS and FedEx. Sweet Water Decor is not liable for items damaged in transit but is able to replace any items damaged. If you need your item faster please do not choose FREE SHIPPING at checkout but a faster shipping method.

USPS International First Class Mail is the least expensive and SLOWEST shipping option for international orders. Orders shipped USPS International First Class can take over a month to arrive and are not able to be tracked once they leave the US. We highly recommend an upgraded shipping option for international orders. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made. Sweet Water Decor is not responsible for any items after they leave our facility. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them. Once it leaves our facility we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

COFFEE + TRAVEL MUGS:

All travel and coffee mugs are hand wash only and not microwavable. Our coffee mugs have real gold on them - a precious metal, therefore they cannot be put in the dishwasher or in the microwave to preserve the product.

OFFICE HOURS:

We do not have specific office hours for customer service. We respond to most messages within 24 hours. Our shipping department is open 8-4pm EST M-F (excluding US holidays) and most single item orders ship within 2 business days except during holiday time (Black Friday - December 25th) where single item orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days then shipped by your method of choice. Orders with multiple items may take up to 10 business days to ship. If an item is a pre-order item it will ship when noted in the listing.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

We do not accept custom orders at this time.
