- Do you have a ready to cut VECTOR or PDF file of the design? IF yes, please send to prettylittlelaser@gmail. (We do not accept photo files like JPG, GIF, etc)

*Not all logos can be cut if they are too fragile in design

*We do not offer logo design and we can only do your company logo, no trademarked logos.

We do not ship on any major holidays or days USPS observes holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, etc. Please view our announcements for other special dates which may affect your order.

Please check your Etsy order invoice for the anticipated ship date. Add up to 4-6 business days depending on your shipping speed purchased. Generally we ship by or within the anticipated ship period. If we experience a delay we will contact you. If your ship date falls on a holiday, we will ship it the next following business day (excludes weekends). If you need a rush order, please contact us immediately to see if we can meet your deadline and if there is a need for upgraded shipping speed (fees may apply).

We are always sorry to hear that an item is received damaged. We definitely try our best to package the item to prevent it from breaking however, once the carrier is in possession of the item we are unable to control what happens to it during transit. If you received your item and it is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we may better assist you. If you contact us outside of the 3 days we are unable to assist you and you will need to place a new order.

Please contact us via Etsy messages only. We will disregard any request to call or text you.

We try to answer all messages within 24 hours of receiving them (excludes weekends, holidays, vacation period). Please do not request for a phone call or to email you outside of Etsy.

Due to the nature of our products and making them as they are ordered, these are considered custom items and we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

Unfortunately we do not have control over USPS and why they return items, it doesn't happen often, but when it does, it is usually due to an incorrect address. Unfortunately you would need to pay for shipping back out. We do not offer free re-ships as we have already paid shipping once, and we do not get refunded for returned items.

We unfortunately have no control over USPS and their delays or if an in item gets lost.

If items have no movements two weeks since it's last movement we can consider the item lost. We can discuss at that point for a reship.

What if the item is delayed? Most cases when you see that the item is delayed but still on transit it means just that, please give it a little more time to get to you.

We do not refund delayed orders. No exceptions.

In almost all cases all items are usually found by the buyer. Unfortunately if the address you provided is correct and marked as delivered we suggest you check with your direct neighbors in the event it landed in the wrong mailbox in error. We unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for any item marked as delivered. No exceptions.

If item is returned:

We are so sorry, unfortunately we ship to the address provided. If you didn't contact us right away or before we shipped for an alternative address, you would be responsible for the fee for reshipping.

But it was free shipping? We provide free shipping per order, we have already paid for the original label and although it didn't make it to you we don't get refunded for the original label therefore, the reshipping is not free. We apologize for the inconvenience.

To prevent delay, please purchase it before the item returns back to us. We do not accept returns, so if you don't purchase a reship, your item will just sit around, we do not issue refunds because it is returned to us.

If the item is marked as delivered:

We are so sorry, unfortunately we ship to the address provided. If you didn't contact us right away or before we shipped for an alternative address there is absolutely nothing we can do.

You unfortunately would need to purchase the item again. There is no way for us to retrieve it from the address and because it was not our error and was delivered by your post office. We will not reship without another order.
