Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted for orders that are not personalised. Personalised items (such as bespoke orders) will not be refundable.

If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, and inform me of your reason for returning. I will not accept or credit items that appear to be damaged or previously used. Item should be returned in the same condition that it was sold, and I reserve the right to accept or decline the condition. PLEASE ensure that all lampshades being returned are incredibly well packaged (how they are sent to you and using the same packaging). Courier companies are not always kind, so a shade should be packaged well enough so that it doesn't move when the box is shaken! Refunds will only be processed once items have been returned/received safely and in one piece. A refund will not be processed if the shade is received back damaged due to a poorly packaged shade using insufficient packaging materials.

Unless an item has been received damaged (a full investigation will be carried out), the Customer is responsible for all return/postage costs.
