What size tag fits my pet best?

Measurements for pieces are always listed in our descriptions, along with the most accurate description possible. We always suggest drawing out the size to get a visual of what to expect and judging it against your pet's frame. In general, 3/4" tags are popular with cats and toy breeds, 1" for smaller to medium dogs, 1.25" for medium pups, and 1.25"-1.5" for larger or XL pups!

Can you stamp a piece with my graphic / icon / trademarked logo / drawing?

Nope. I stamp with sets of steel stamps, and unlike a computer, I cannot replicate your icon. Photos of the design stamps I offer are widely seen throughout the site - I am limited to those. If you're set on this design, I'd suggest reaching out to an engraver who might be able to work with you.

Can you send me a proof prior to making my item?

Sorry, No. The nature of hand-stamping is permanent, as I stamp with forged steel stamps and don't manipulate fonts or graphics as you would on a computer. That aside, I don't have time to photograph and email photos, I need to be in the workshop making orders! You can expect a piece very similar to the example listed in the shop. A variety of fonts, metals, and designs are photographed in the shop, and feel free to convo me with any questions / concerns you might have prior to ordering!

Your purchase will come securely packaged in a padded envelope in it's own cute 100% recycled muslin bag. To keep shipping costs low for everyone, multiple items will come in the same packaging. How long until I receive my order?

Please allow 4-6 business days (Saturday & Sunday, as well as postal holidays, are not business days) for your item to be made. Check our shop announcement page for the most up-to-date info on our current shipping times, as they sometimes fluctuate based on holidays, material re-orders, or other circumstances. Items are shipped USPS 1st Class with shipping confirmation unless you request/pay for a different service, such as Priority or Express. Please note, paying for an upgraded shipping service will not expedite the production time. Per Etsy and Paypal policies, items will be shipped only to the address you've entered at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Our items are custom-made, so refunds will only be made if the item is damaged and a replacement can't be mailed. Mistakes sometimes happen - if you catch my error on your custom tag, I will gladly re-make the same tag for you and ship it at my expense-- please notify me within 7 days of receipt. Open communication is key - we try to portray everything we sell as accurately as possible so there are no surprises. We ask that you communicate what you're looking for as correctly as possible so your needs are met!
