Lunula is the pagan symbol of moon and femininity. It is a kind of amulet worn by Slavic or Viking women in the pre-christian ages, that brings good luck and magical protection.

This one here is the reconstruction of a find from Danilowo Male, Poland. It is 4,2cm (1,65inch) high and 3,5cm (1,77 inch) wide. Made in sterling silver. The original is dated 11th century A.D.
