1950's, pink cotton handsmocked dress. It was purchased at an antique show as an Easter Dress for my daughter. It was unworn and brand new Deadstock when I bought it. Made by Reson in Hong Kong of 100% cotton, with the old cotton Trademark on the labeL. Lots of smocking on the bodice. There are light blue Diamonds and little blue flower embroidery. It has Princess sleeves with micro darting, and decorative stitching on the edges of the collar and sleeves. It has a long tiesto make a large boe in back and pulls in the waist. Little tiny Mother of Pearl buttons up the back and a loop for keeping the bow in place. Very high quality. In very good shape, no stains. It does have one very small hole in the waist tie at the very end. Looks great with or without a crinoline slip beneath. It is marked a size 7 and measures approximately:

25" in length
12 3/4' from armpit to armpit (with some stretch from smocking)
12.5" across waist
11.5" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
11" from shoulder to waist
