Original painting of a red fox face. I created this piece on International Women's Day. The female vixen looks on proudly.
This is an original painting created with watercolors on Canson 140lb watercolor paper. The paper is a bright white and has a beautiful texture. I love the way this paper absorbs colors. After the watercolors dried, I added black contour lines with a variety of black ink pens.
This piece comes matted with a simple white mat and will fit into a standard sized frame.
Signed by me in pencil.

About the Artist:

Using watercolors, gouache and a variety of ink pens, she brings many forest creatures to life. Touched by the spiritual and symbolic nature of many animals, Morgan often focuses on one animal for many months at a time. Her work can be found throughout the city of Seattle, in small cafes and shops. When she isn’t in her backyard studio, she’s with her students or exploring the wilderness of the Cascade Mountains.
