This is a custom PC board I designed that you can use to make your own homebrew SNES games with, or repair old games that no longer work. This Basic board is great for making smaller games at affordable prices, or for using original parts from another damaged SNES game you might have that still has good parts on it. Detailed information on how to construct the finished board and its capabilities can be found at my website:
https://bit.ly/3g4iz1J

This board has three options for memory chips (not included): the 27C801 for making 1MB (or 8Mbit) games, the 27C160 for making 2MB (or 16Mbit) games, as well as support for the original SNES ROM pinout for either using the original ROM chip from another board or for using 29F032 TSOP adapters for making up to 4MB (or 32Mbit) games. Note that if you are using the 27C801, the ROM file MUST be swapbinned. This board also supports up to a full 1024Kbit of RAM with the 1008 SRAM series, but also supports the 6264 and 62256 SRAM series as well. If you want to use 27C322 for 4MB games, make ExHiROM games, or make multicarts, please see the Advanced version of this board here:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/836162227/super-nintendo-cartridge-circuit-board

There are four variations to choose from. Each variation (except the PCB alone) comes with the necessary decoupling capacitors and one electrolytic capacitor. The parts are NOT assembled to the board - they will arrive unsoldered.

Bare PCB - board with no parts
w/ Parts (simple) - comes with a pre-programmed SuperCIC chip; can make games that don't save
w/ Parts (saving) - comes with a '139 decoder, a 62256 SRAM chip, resistors/diodes/transistor for the save circuit, and a pre-programmed SuperCIC chip; can make games that save
Test Board - comes with all parts in the saving parts package, as well as a 32-pin DIP socket for testing 27C801 EPROMs and a 42-pin DIP socket for testing 27C160 EPROMs; great for testing EPROMs before permanently soldering them into a board

Note that the board will not fit into a cartridge shell if you have the DIP sockets installed - this is for testing purposes only! You can still test out your games in the console without the plastic shell.

This board has an ENIG finish, hard gold contacts, and has a chamfered edge - high quality, holds up very well over time when taking the game in and out of the SNES.

Please, check out my website listed above for extremely detailed instructions on how to construct a game of your own, and if you have any questions, contact me!
Message or email me for larger quantity inquiries. If you need more stock, especially the bare PCB, please contact me - I might have some extra that's not reflected here.
