All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $100.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:

DO NOT throw away your items. They maybe required to be returned to the post office on occasion. Please note that you must notify us within two days of delivery. Notifying us after that time frame will require you to handle to insurance claim on your own. USPS allows for claims to be submitted 14 days after delivery. Yes, we recently changed our shop name to the acronym NCGD. Etsy only allows so many characters for the name and was cutting off our name. We decided that it would be easier for customers to find us using NCGD.
