Personalization is FREE on almost all products!
I will send you a draft of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item & UPON REQUEST. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time. NOTE: Mugs are printed on both sides. You can have a different phrase or photo for each side. Shirts can be printed on the back or front or both.
If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all items. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. I also can add a graphic to the text. Send all special requests through notes to seller at checkout or if you haven’t purchase

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is a lot longer during holidays such as Christmas. Processing is the time it takes me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped (even longer with the current pandemic). Depending on the item, my products are printed and shipped from Arizona, California, Pennsylvania and Missouri.

I do not accept cancellations or give refunds for any reason, except if you accidentally ordered the same order twice. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I send a replacement. However, if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order, I will not resend the item again for free. This also applies to orders where you wanted a different size or made a mistake in the personalization.

Yes, we offer priority mail for mugs for both US and International mug orders. Please note that there is an added cost in addition to the regular shipping charge. We also offer priority express, FEDEX 2 day and overnight delivery for apparel and mugs only. Also, please note that choosing expedited does not speed up the processing time. The processing times will be longer during holidays, so plan accordingly. However, you can pay for 24-48 hour express processing if your order is under $50 (does not include shipping charge) which is available on some products. IMPORTANT: Upgraded shipping may not always be available. There are unforeseen circumstances that arise and I would have to remove the upgrades temporarily.

All 11 oz, 15oz, White and Black Mugs, 11 oz. two tone mugs, shot glasses, water bottles, coasters, and beer steins are all printed and shipped by my production partner in Pennsylvania.
Some apparel including T-Shirts, baby bodysuits, dish towels and 15 oz 2 toned mugs are printed and shipped by my production partner in Phoenix, Arizona (where I reside)
Most apparel is printed and shipped from my production partner in California.
All other items such as aprons, wine glasses, laser engraved tumblers, pillow covers, and rock glasses are printed and shipped by my production partner in Missouri.

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders.

Yes, but it must be added within 24 hours of placing your order as during non busy seasons, I send orders in the same or next day. Please contact me first to make sure I haven’t sent the order in if you’ve placed an order and now want it expedited. NOTE: I also offer expedited processing for orders under $50. If you need something to ship out in 1-2 days, and didn’t choose 24-48 hour express processing at checkout, you can purchase that through my upgraded shipping listing.
