This is a wonderful book by L.M. Montgomery called Anne of Avenlea. The second book in the Anne of Green Gables series. It is in good vintage condition. I tried to picture the flaws the best I could.

Published in Boston by L.C. Page & Co., the third impression from September 1909, the same

month as the first impression. Most publishers would not have bothered to call three printings in one month the third impression, but Page probably wanted to give the "impression" that
It was selling well. Bound in greyish cloth with a color print on the front board. A color frontispiece by George Gibbs. And a great 1909-era bookplate, Carrie May Beardsley, with a woman playing a flute and a cobra listening. 367 pages. 8x5 inches.
