Cow butchery diagram featuring detailed cuts of beef.

Cows are complicated, both meat-wise and emotionally. Let me help you figure them out.

This is a signed 13 x19 poster of my original gouache and acrylic painting. I *extensively* researched retails cuts of beef to fully flesh out what primal cut part of the cow they come from. The result is a both a highly accurate and informative diagram, as well as a bold and colorful piece of art. I've even had culinary students buy this piece to study.

Print measures 13 x 19 inches, which is a standard frame size. (Frame not included, but easy to find!)

The reproduction is of very high quality; many mistake it for an original since you can see much of the original paint texture. Printed with archival inks on acid-free heavyweight archival paper. Every print is signed by the artist.

This is perfect for decorating your kitchen or as a gift for your favorite food lover or chef.

Oh, and it pairs super well with its pals in this series, the pig ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/78673146/detailed-pig-butcher-diagram-use-every ), the chicken ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/83670036/detailed-chicken-butcher-diagram-use ), the lamb ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/78880213/detailed-lamb-butcher-diagram-use-every ) and for the hop-lovers out there, the beer diagram ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/83668056/detailed-beer-diagram-know-what-you ).
