This elegant little cake stand is just the right size for an 8 inch cake, and could also be used to display fruit, cupcakes or other baked goods. The gently scalloped edge is complemented by a simple baluster-form support. Made by Indiana Glass Co. in the ‘Teardrop’ pattern, circa 1960.

Measures 4 5/8 inches high, 10 3/4 inches diameter, foot is 4 3/8 inches diameter. Unmarked.

Overall condition is good, with no chips, cracks or repairs, the rim and foot are smooth with no tiny nicks. Some light scratches in the top surface and minor variations in the molding and color of the glass. There is little bit of pinkish discoloration in the glass at the mold line on the underside of the plate, so I've brought down the price of this just a bit to reflect this condition.
