**1/8/2021 Update: I am now offering "Cosmetic Defects" at a discounted price. These boards are 100% functional, but have minor cosmetic defects in the wood that may include things such as knots within the ridges, some minor cracks in the wood, or a chipped corner.**

This is a pasta/gnocchi rolling board. This specific board is a "combo" for making both ridged pasta or crosshatched pasta, just choose the side to roll on. The board is finished with mineral oil. No other finishes or oils have been applied. The board will come with small stick-on non-slip feet which can be easily removed if desired. Each board also comes with a 3/8" walnut rolling pin that can be used to make garganelli, etc.

The pictures in this listing that show pasta are of a Walnut pasta board and are for demonstration.

All my products are 100% handmade in my small wood shop (single car garage). I source all my hardwood from a mills near Portland, Oregon. All of the items started out as rough-cut mill slabs.
