Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Olivia was very good at communicating a possible issue with my order and she gave me several favorable options to address it. I made the mistake of typing in caps to respond to an OOS item in their inventory so they thought I was rude and cancelled my order - Horrible Customer Service - Not Friendly - Not Responsive - took more than 5 days before my order was event sent out. Way overpriced as well and you would be better off going to a Spice house and buy them individually and pack yourself. These were just packed in two plastic sleeves and not in a box like it shows on the website. $40 Really surprised that a company/someone would just cancel an order and not talk to a customer.
