Delivery (UK) -
We ship orders out on time but we can not 100% guarantee your order will arrive on the estimated date.
On the slim chance your order has not arrived in the estimated time frame please allow 14 working days past estimated arrival before contacting us.

If you were provided with a tracking number what you see is exactly the same as what we see.
We are not provided with any more information than what you see on the tracking.

If you ordered a small item that does not have tracking please do not contact us asking for tracking, there is not one unless you paid for one.

For shipping outside of the UK -
Royal Mail say 5-7 days arrival estimated.. it can take up to around 27 days to arrive
All international orders come with a tracking number.
We dispatch everything out on time, once we have posted your order the time for it to arrive is out of our hands it is then up to royal mail and customs.
