How long do orders take?

SAMPLE INVITATIONS - most ship in 1-2 days, if I expect a delay I'll let you know! SAVE THE DATES - about 2 weeks INVITATIONS - about 3-6 weeks WEDDING DAY PRODUCTS - about 3-5 days unless you are using custom paper colors EVERY DAY CELEBRATION INVITATIONS - about 1 week STATIONERY SETS - 10-14 days Rush orders are available for an additional fee! Rush orders can get out in as little as 1-2 weeks. Placing a rush order means that your order is at the top of my priority list for both design and printing. Your emails are the first I answer during the day. Excessive changes to the design, incomplete information or delays in replying to messages on your end will delay the process. What if I need to cancel my wedding stationery order

I totally get it - things happen! If you need to cancel your order, you will be issued a partial refund that I evaluate on a case by case basis. First, I calculate the number of hours I have spent on the design work multiplied by an hourly design rate of $150 per hour. Your refund will be a full refund, minus this amount, minus any costs already incurred by ordering product. In general , If we have not ordered paper, you will be issued a 50-75% refund. If we have ordered some items, it maybe 25-50%. If we have already ordered your prints, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Do you sell templates?

Can I make changes to the wording?

Absolutely! You can use whatever wording fits your wedding day best. It may change the layout a bit, but I'lll take care of that! Any changes you nee dwill turn into a beautiful design.

What type of printing do you use?

Most wedding invitations and stationery sets I print in house using digital printing or digital white ink. I do also have an outside printer that I can use for: - digital metallic gold - digital metallic silver - letterpress - embossing - debossing - foil

Will I see my design before you print it?

Yes! I will send you as many proofs via PDF that we need until you are happy with your design. I'm a stationer that sends out proofs of everything (even personal stationery!) You will receive PDF proofs that are formatted ono 8.5x11" paper so you can do a quick test print at home to make sure you love the font sizes. Once we are done with digital proofs, you also have the option to receive a complimentary printed proof if time permits. Printed proofs are only available for wedding invitations.

Can I see a sample wedding invitation? I really want to make sure I love the paper quality and colors before I order!

Absolutely! I want you to know what you're getting and put your total faith in me. You can order a sample invitation right from the listing. Just select the 'sample' from the ordering drop down menu. All samples are pre printed so I can get them out to you in a jiffy, so I can't customize them, but I'm happy to include additional paper swatches so you can play around with them and find the best colors for your wedding.

Can you design ALL of my wedding day paper?

You bet I can! I can get you: - save the dates - invitations - menus - programs - table numbers - place cards - seating charts - thank you cards - favor tags - napkins - stir sticks - shower invitations - personal stationery - cups - coozies - favor bags - pretty much anything that needs graphic design!

What if there is a typo?

Invited by LamaWorks is not liable for typos. To avoid typos, I typically copy and paste your wording directly from what you send me - that way I don't have to worry about spelling Connecticut correctly every time! Please proof read carefully and make sure everything is correct before submitting your approval to print. You will receive your proos on in 8.5x11" files so I recommend proofing on your phone, on your computer, printing them out AND sending it to at least 2 other people to look through.

The largest portion of my business is in custom wedding invitations, so I have sourced out only the best of the best after working with brides for 10+ years. For your letter writing kits, you have a choice of either

Colors - white or ivory
Texture - eggshell (similar to the feel of drywall, luxurious!)

Weight:
Notepads and letter writing paper - 70lb text weight (average copy paper is about 20-30lbs)
Personal Stationery - 120 lb card stock

I send nothing out without your approval first! I want to make sure you love your design, and if you aren't loving how your name looks in this font, we'll find something you DO love. That's what you get when you work with a custom invitation designer.

Please keep an eye out for an Etsy message with your proof. Proofs will be went within 1 business day of your order - please note that I do tend to take weekends off. Any order placed after 3pm on Friday will receive proofs on Monday.

If I don't hear from you, I'll send an email within 2 days. If I still don't hear from you after 2 more days, I'll go ahead and send your order without approval.
