The Latin motto "Sustine et Abstine" which translates to "Bear and Forbear" or "Hold Off and Hold On" which means to be in control of ones self and destiny. This seal depicts a crest with 2 rampant lions supporting a shield and the banner with the motto.

This medallion is a reminder to endure what is difficult or hard to deal with, through patience one achieves all, even the impossible. Words to live by every day.
