These times do not include production of 1-4 business days for most products. We are not responsible for shipment delays or refusals. We will charge a re-shipping fee if your order is returned to us. Q: Why hasn't my item's location updated when I check my package's tracking?
A: Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update. If your item hasn't moved in 7 or more business days pls contact us!

Q: My order was returned back to you, can you re-ship it to me?
A: Deliveries that are returned to our facility as undeliverable will be re-sent to the customer for an additional shipping fee. Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid such instances. We will not reship items free of charge.
