Every sculpture can be made in different sizes and colours, so if you need some changes, please contact me!

Shipping and Delivery

You should understand that INTERNATIONAL packages CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED by a certain date. What about returns, you can return the sculpture, but shipping is covered by customer, it's about 40 USD for a standard size sculpture. There are new import laws in EU, so customs want some fees from every package that arrives in EU. If you are in EU and you are not ready to pay the fee and want to cancel the order after it arrived to your country, there are 2 possibilities of solving the situation. First is sending the package back. I need to pay your fee instead of you, then delivery to my country and customs fee of my country. So the refund will be without these amounts. Second is parcel disposal. There will be no refund.

In which case is a refund possible or impossible?

- A refund is possible if the goods arrived in a damaged condition. Or exchange of goods at the expense of the seller. - If another product has erroneously arrived to you, you can request a refund or exchange at the seller’s expense. - If you have not received your package within 8 weeks from the date of shipment. - Refunds are not possible for erroneous purchases. - A refund is not possible if the buyer has not followed his parcel and this is returned to the seller.
