Just wanted to comment on how much I appreciated the seller’s customer service. She had a personal emergency and reached out to let me know my order had been confirmed and she’d get it out as soon as she was feeling better. I just really thought that was above and beyond, because I’m not sure I’d think of something like that if I weren’t feeling well! The onesie is great too, my friends will love it for their baby girl due in August!

Overall the onesie is great. But it took three weeks from the day that I ordered it to come in. I wasn’t updated half of the time on when it was supposed to. Because of the pandemic, if you need this for a certain day, definitely order it way before hand. I ordered it two weeks before I needed it and got it a week after I planned to us it.

Hello Mikayla - I am sorry the package did not arrive quickly. I shipped it on July 25, which was within my standard 3-5 business days shipping timeframe. Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic, the USPS is experiencing delays in many areas across the country. The shipping service I use sends customers tracking information once I print and mail packages. After I put it in the mail, it is completely out of my hands. I apologize it did not arrive when you hoped it would.
