♥ PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS:
Almost everything is fully customizable, if you want to customize something not listed here, please message me. Please refer to charts in the listing images for full options.
-Skin color (light, tan, medium, medium dark, dark, darker)
-Hair color & style (select from list - a style can be made into any color and length can be changed)
-Dress style (capped, open)
-Dress color (default is white, but I can do any color)
-Gown, cap and tassel colors
-Sash color(s)
-Text on sash (if desired)
-Cap location - on head or in hand
-Shoe color - fancy bow or plain shoes, bow color and shoe color can be customized
-Accessories - rolled degree, champagne bottle, stethoscope or coffee cup

♥ FORMAT OPTIONS:
-Digital download: This is a DIGITAL file that will be sent to you via Etsy messages (email available upon request after receiving your proof image). With this option, no physical item will be shipped. Your order will be delivered as an 8x10" PNG unless you specify otherwise (JPG or PDF available upon request). Once you have received your digital order, you may print it at home or anywhere you would like including but not limited to Staples, Walgreens, CVS, OfficeDepot, etc.

-Physical 8x10" print(s): You will receive one printed 8x10" glossy photo for each person in the print (for example, if it is a 5 person print, you will receive 5 copies of the print). Please allow an additional 5-7 days for mail delivery if you opt for a physical print, as prints will be mailed via standard USPS. You can upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout. You may add on rush processing by purchasing this listing with your order: www.etsy.com/listing/835075799.

-Print + Black or White Mat(s): You will receive one 8x10" glossy photo matted inside a black OR white (your choice) mat board per person in the print. For example, if it is a 5 person illustration, you will receive 5 matted copies. A mat is a heavy cardboard-like material which is designed to sit between a frame and your print to give it a complete finished look. Note that a frame is NOT included, but you may choose to frame the mat in an 11x14" frame when you receive the order. Another popular option is using the mat board as a signature board at graduation parties.

♥ PROOFING:
All illustrations are made to order with your PERSONALIZED details and will be processed within 2-3 business days, unless you pay for rush processing (www.etsy.com/listing/835075799). Whether you elect digital or printed, you will receive a proof via the Etsy messaging system prior to your order being finalized. Please ensure your notifications are turned on for Etsy messages, so you receive your proof in a timely manner.

All proofs are delivered via Etsy messages. If you purchase a PHYSICAL item (physical print, matted print, etc.) you must respond to your proof within 48 hours. If you have not responded to your proof within that timeframe, it will be shipped AS-IS.

Digital proofs are delivered via Etsy Messages ONLY. Once you have approved the proof, you will receive a download link, or you may request for the image to be emailed to you.

♥ COLORS:
If you are looking for a very specific color, please find it on this website www.htmlcolorcodes.com and send me the 6-digit HEX code (first row after # symbol).

♥ RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
There are no returns or exchanges on downloadable items or approved prints. You will receive a proof before your final product is delivered. You MUST let me know of any changes you need before you receive the final product. Please feel free to message me with any questions before ordering. All images are delivered in high-resolution 300 dpi. Differences in monitor or printer settings may alter the perceived quality of your digital print. For the highest quality, please use a professional printing service.
