RETURNS
Items must be returned within 30 days of sale, and must be in the condition in which they were originally sent, including any "extras" like jewelry polishing cloths, gift boxes, and freebies. If these are not returned with the piece, a fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact Tefi Designs before returning a piece. Non-refundable fees include: shipping and handling, Etsy fees, and PayPal fees. You will not receive any refunded money until I've received the entire package, undamaged and in resellable condition.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to switch something out, we must go through the RETURNS process outlined above, and then you can purchase what you would like instead via my Etsy shop. In other words, exchanges will be treated as two separate transactions: the return and the new sale.

DAMAGE & LOSS

All shipments are generally sent within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) once payment is received. Tefi uses U.S. First Class mail, which does not include insurance. Want to upgrade? Let me know and I can add Priority and/or Insurance to your order.

Tefi Designs ships to the address on your PayPal account. This is the only way to get protection from PayPal for these transactions. Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is up-to-date. This method also provides a tracking number for you.

International buyers welcome! My listings include shipping to Canada and the U.K. If you are from somewhere else, please contact me for shipping costs.

INSURANCE
Insurance protects you from loss and damage. While I take extra special care to wrap up your items and send them in bubble mailers, the post office has been known to damage packages. Please let me know if you would like to buy insurance to protect your purchase, and I will create a special listing for you.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Tefi Designs is not responsible for packages that get tied up at the post office or in customs and take longer to arrive at your doorstep, nor are we responsible for any duty charges international buyers might incur.

RESIZING
Tefi Designs will resize an item whenever possible. Additional cost will be added and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

REPAIRS
These are handled on a case-by-case basis, and may incur a "repair" fee.

THE REALLY SMALL PRINT
Tefi Designs' creations are made up of small parts that may pose a danger to small children and pets. Customers are advised to keep Tefi Designs' pieces and all other jewelry out of the reach of small children. Tefi Designs is intended to be worn by adults only (unless otherwise stated). Tefi Designs is not responsible should an accident occur due to negligence or wear-and-tear.
