We no longer offer gift wrap/packaging

We are currently working under a two week (weekends not included) turn around time. Your order details should show the estimated ship date. Please message me if it does not. Yes, it will take two weeks. If you need your order faster, add the “Rush Order” listing to your order for a 2 day processing time. If you would like expedited shipping, please message me to arrange that.

We do not except cancellations, returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your items/order, please message us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly do our best to resolve the issue!

No, we do not sell the actual board, only accessories. We recommend boards from Felt Creative Home Goods on Amazon or Felt Like Sharing.

We use The USPS as our shipping service. We are not responsible for USPS delays, however If you have shipping or delivery questions, i will do my best to help you with that. Please note, once an order is marked “in transit” with USPS, we are not responsible but will help you with any challenges. Once an item is marked “Delivered” you are responsible for your item.

International Customers: You are responsible for your customs fees. Once your order leaves the US, we are no longer responsible. Please checking your tracking or contact your Postal Carrier with any questions.

Our items do fit most felt and plastic board. Some boards have a tighter fit and some looser. The Hobby Lobby felt boards have very wide slots and do not hold well. Our favorites are Felt Good Vibes (use code “wordswithmeans” for a discount on their website) or Felt Creative Home Goods boards on Amazon Prime.

Wooden boards: we cannot guarantee a wood board fit. There are many variations including wood imitation. Both wood and wood imitation does not have any give. Please order with this in mind or message us first if you have a wooden board.
