This gorgeous locket is inspired by the lovely crafts-work of Mexican Tin Nichos. Nichos are often placed in homes, or worn, and the interiors are decorated with talismans and photos of those special to the family.

This copper version has some lovely green verdigris tones and a hammered barn door style front. Held closed by a small magnet, when opened, the doors reveal a mysterious goddess hiding in the ocean waves, secured with a layer of epoxy. The entire locket is approximately 2.5" tall, and 1.75" wide. The small doors open to reveal a hiding spot that's perfect for tiny trinkets, about 1.5" tall and 1" wide.

This locket comes on an 18" matching copper chain with lobster claw clasp. Doors overlap slightly.
