• All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose. If you have concerns about this, please find out the rules from your country prior to purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Please contact me within 1 hour of purchase. I do not accept cancellation once fabric has been cut for a custom made item.

ADDING INSURANCE TO YOUR SHIPPING
Please insure your package for the First Class. Priority Mail provides insurance up to $100.00 USD.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Item tracking is included in your order; however, USPS does not scan package every time and might still say "Pre-transit". Please contact me if you haven't receive your package within 10 days.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Within 48 hours of expected delivery
* Verify the shipping address
* Look for a notice of attempted delivery
* Look around the delivery location for your package
* See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so
* Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
* Wait 48 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival

WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail. We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again. Shipping cost for an undeliverable package is not refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• If you have any problem with your order, simply contact me within 7 days after receival of the item.

• Returns are accepted for eligible product(s) in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Please return your item within 14 days after the receival. Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping, and the original shipping is not refundable.
• All product packaging must be returned with the product. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
• Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
• For item that was eligible for free shipping, original shipping cost will be deducted from your account.
