Take advantage of long or short color repeats in yarn by using this modular technique. The fan-shaped scales in this cowl are created in a method similar to entrelac – except for that you don’t have to pick up any stitches! If you’ve never worked entrelac before, don’t worry – just follow the instructions as written. After working a tier or two, you may find you have already memorized it!

The cowl is knit in DK weight yarn, on a size 6 (4mm) 16" circular needle. If your yarn is a little thicker or thinner, don't worry - the gauge is very flexible.

The pattern is 3 pages long, and features all the instructions you need to make your cowl. If you've never knit entrelac before, don't worry! Just follow the instructions as written.
Additionally, if you have any problems with the pattern, you are free to contact me for help!
