This piece samples from various shades greens that weave up the board in a way resembling high meadow grasses, capped with several silk blooms in shades of orange and yellow. The crayons are lined up along the edge and melted on a foam board using a heat gun. Specific heat is applied for the desired outcome of several defined drips. There is direct dripping from the crayon pieces that extends through the lower third of the board, with some drips extending all the way to the bottom. Wrappers are left on this piece to emphasized the melting of the crayons.

16" x 20"x 1"
Crayons extend no more than 1/4" from the edge of frame
(Open-backed frame included and also available in black. Please mention in the purchase notes if you would like a black frame, otherwise I will ship with the wood one.)

All pieces are sprayed with a polyurethane coating to allow mild protection, though it is best to display art away from direct sunlight.
