George worked with me to get the personalization style just right, and it’s beautiful! We ordered. The first board arrived shipped in bubble wrap and a shipping bag. The shipping bag was torn and the bubble wrap cam loose from the board. Needless to say it was damaged in shipping. I notified George and a new one was created and shipped out within 24 hours, I think. The 2nd one was perfect. Thanks again George. These are our go to wedding gifts for as long as you are doing this!

Ordered their Extra Large Live Edge 24x12 Cutting Board with a custom engraving for our 5 year anniversary. I provided my contact information in case there were any questions with my personalized message. Jenna reached out to provided options and samples to make sure they had it correct. The board was beautiful and exactly as expected. However, it arrived with shipping damage. When I submit the request to replace the item, they responded and provided a tracking number within hours of opening. Received the replacement today, perfect! Excellent product and superior customer service. Highly recommended.

Ordered the XL charcuterie board a short time before Christmas and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! When I called to make a change to the engraving one day later they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The “manly” letter style they chose was attractive and expertly placed. Highly recommend this company!!

These boards are beautiful! These are becoming my GO TO item for weddings. So far the gift recipients have LOVED them. George has been incredibly responsive in time and attention. 4 have been completely custom (I wanted the font styles and engraving options to match up with the couples' tastes).
