I do my best to send out items that are made with the utmost care but I will accept returns/exchanges if there is a reasonable explanation. Buyer must contact me within 3 days of receiving item if he/she wishes to return/exchange the item(s). Refunds will be given for merchandise only and only if returned undamaged. As I usually now have a toddler and infant in tow on my post office trips, I currently ship packages about 2, sometimes 3 times a week. It generally depends on the weather and on when I receive orders since we do not own a car and the nearest post office is a good 25-30 minute walk away. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
All packages are shipped through Canada Post, via regular air mail. If you want to upgrade (to Expresspost) or downgrade (to surface mail), please let me know at the time of purchase or beforehand so I can send you a revised invoice.
As of February 2013, Canada Post has changed their small packet air standards, so there is NO INSURANCE included with the shipping cost of clothing and bags unfortunately. If you would like tracking and insurance, please convo me for a quote. It would be about twice the cost of regular air mail.
Shipping costs generally include the cost of shipping plus mailing supplies and also factor in the time it takes to package items.
Paper goods are shipped in a stiff mailer or with cardboard to prevent damage from being bent.
