Changes are accepted: the shipping costs are paid by the buyer as long as the reason for the change is not due to an error on our part, which in that case would be at our expense.
The shipping cost for returns with Tourline is 10€ round trip included (only valid within the peninsula) ,where we would send a courier to pick up the garment you return and deliver the new one.
International shipments will be sent with DHL, being necessary to provide us with the phone number in order to make the shipment.
The shipment may be delayed for reasons beyond our control, but we will be happy to help.
