This stoneware cup was made on the potters wheel and impressed with a lined tool while still wet. It was gently pushed into a lobed shape before being lifted off the wheel.

This is an Everyday Handle-less Drinking Cup sometimes known as a yunomi. It is great for green tea, water, juice or whiskey. Anything you want really.

This cup was fired to 2300 deg. F in a propane fueled kiln. At the peak of the firing ordinary table salt was introduced into the firing chamber. The salt volatilized and reacted with the clay, glaze and slip on the pot. Each pot from the Salt Kiln is unique, there will never be another one like this.

This cup has some nice marks from the salt and flames.

Food safe and okay in the dishwasher and microwave.

I hope you'll add this cup to your collection and use it regularly.

Holds 9 fl. oz.

3 3/8" tall x 3 1/2" diameter at top.

Turned foot. Shino glaze on the interior.
