Exactly as pictured however, I selected the option for the letter without the tab to hang the pillow. It looks as if that tab or hook was simply cut off which bothers me but I kept the pillow.

Quality far from what is pictured. Details listed in previous review. I have purchased a total of 3 pillows from this shop. The first was years ago and beautiful. The recent pillows were nothing like the original. Though admitting that the shape and material were in fact different, the seller only offered to help if I edited or deleted my "rude" reviews then she stopped responding to me. I have only posted reviews because of her unwillingness to reply or address the misrepresentation. Find another seller.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. The quality is not what is pictured. It is so unfortunate because I had purchased from this seller years earlier and the pillow was just as described. Now the fabric is different, not quite velvet and lacking the sheen depicted in the video. Also the pillows are not accurately sized as listed in the specifications. One is without a tag and with an off-center hook, so it hangs crooked and both were poorly hand-stitched where the pillows were stuffed with mismatched thread. Save your money. Overpriced for the quality. The seller admitted that the shape and material were in fact different, but only offered to help if I edited or deleted my "rude" reviews then she stopped responding to me. I posted reviews because of her initial unwillingness to respond.
