I ordered this for my brothers birthday and hoped it would be here in time. Considering it shipped from Florida I was surprised when it showed up so quickly. I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of the cup and the styrofoam shipping box holding it neatly inside. I will definitely order from her again!!!

The colors of the item pictured were NOT like what was actually delivered. The image shows soft greens, blue and peachy pink design but the print was dark green, bright red and dark blue. It looked like Christmas colors. Disappointed.

Customer did not contact me before leaving her Review. I immediately contacted her after seeing the Review and stated that I wish she would have contacted me first. I told her that I was sorry that she did not like the mug and issued a refund in full. I also explained that colors on computer monitors, phones, tablets, etc. can be different than the actual color. She responded stating that it was a gift and that the recipient liked it, but she felt a little embarrassed that the colors weren't what she thought they were going to be.
