Voyageur - 18" Reversible 1 7/8" round Glass Art Necklace - Moroccan Market Collection - Bleu Jardin Majorelle

Eclectic Morocco, influenced by many cultures and art including the Moorish, Portuguese, Arab, Jewish and Roman societies lies a colorful and lively melting pot of design.

In the fast paced city of Marrakesh, where markets abound, sits a quiet botanical garden, Jardin Majorelle. Created in 1924 by French artist Jacques Majorelle, the garden is known for its special shade of bold cobalt blue which he used extensively in the garden and its buildings.

Designed with the Moroccon influences and the cobalt blue and white colors, this 1 7/8" round glass design has 3 cobalt batik style paisley flowers looking up towards the lavish sterling silver plated topper with small swirls inside its opening for a special touch. 2 blue and white porcelain 12mm beads with silver spacer beads are attached to the 18" filigree paisley chain. Down the back runs a 4" extender chain with paisley design and blue and white Czech glass flower bead.

The back side has a wonderful textural moorish tile design in blues and white. Sprinkled with a glimmer of silver mica for a touch of glimmer.

This design comes packaged in a sheer reusable passport style envelope with sheer ribbon. Inside the necklace rests upon a card collage of memorabelia from around the world.

If you require a different size chain. . any length welcome please convo.
