If you are a customer who has paid with an E-Check via Paypal I will not send your order until Paypal has sent a confirmation email that the E-Check has cleared (which takes approx 7-10) so please be aware of that.
I use brand new packaging for every order and every item is individually bagged and in most cases will arrive in jewellery boxes (unfortunately the big items I am unable to do that for).
I do my post runs (usually) every Monday and Thursday.
I use first class for all UK orders and regular airmail for international.
Regular airmail is insured up to £20 but if your order totals more than that, I would sincerely recommend you purchase the shipping upgrade.
If your order totals more than £80 I will provide upgraded shipping free of charge.
International buyers please note that you are responsible for any customs fees.
I do believe that your package is MY responsibility until it has arrived safely in your hands and you are happy with it. However, sometimes packages do like to take the longer, scenic route or even just disappear into oblivion. This isn't any fault of my own or how I conduct my business but I always rectify the problem when this occurs. This is a personal guarantee I make as a seller (regardless of the outcome of any claim I make).
PLEASE NOTE, due to the Royal Mail's strict guidelines, international buyers will have to wait 28 working days (this doesn't include weekends) before a package is officially AWOL and I can offer you either a FULL refund or a replacement sent (with complimentary upgraded shipping).

Please note that I never send a copy of the order/invoice or receipts with the package as I know that many of these are sent as gifts. However, if you do require a copy of your order, please mention this in "note to seller" when you checkout.
Please DO NOT leave messages regarding delivery deadlines in "note to seller" when you checkout. I need you to contact me PRIOR to purchasing. Leaving a note when you have already placed your order will only delay the processing time while I try and contact you regarding your deadline. Any questions regarding shipping times are best answered before you place your order. I will never send an order if I have a query about your deadline and if I get no response from you within 48 hours unfortunately I have to cancel your order and refund your payment.
If any item is faulty I will refund or replace for you.
If any item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, I will file a claim with the post office on your behalf (please note if the item is damaged I may need you to either return it to me (I will pay for return postage) or send photos so I can prove my case for the claim. For lost or damaged items I also offer a no quibble refund or replacement.
