ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) also known as ACEOs are cards made by artists for sale or trade. The only "rule" when making an ATC/ACEO is the size- 2.5"x3.5". They are very collectable, and lots and lots of fun! Put them in a card as a gift for a loved one, frame them, or simply put a bunch in a basket on your coffee table so other people can see how interesting they are- whatever you decide to do with them, they will be an interesting conversation starter!
This ATC / ACEO is painted using acrylics. It has been satin varnished for protection.
All of my ATCs / ACEOs are 100% original art, and are all completely ONE OF A KIND. My paintings will NOT be reproduced as limited edition prints. I will rarely (VERY rarely) sell prints of my DIGITAL artwork only, but never paintings. They all come with a miniature (separate) certificate of authenticity, and they are numbered, signed, and dated on the back. All cards are shipped in individual plastic sleeves inside of recycled card stock to keep them from being damaged. Cards in image #2 are not included- the image just shows a set of sold cards all varnished, inside plastic, and ready to go!
***I try to use recycled materials whenever possible. Save some trees! When recycled card stock is not available in a quality suitable for my artwork, I use purchased (and hopefully recycled as well) artists' watercolor board.***
SPECIAL NOTE ~ Purchase of this or any card or artwork does NOT give anyone the right to reproduce or publish the image in any way, shape, or form. I retain all copyrights to this and any image I have created.
Monitor color settings vary from person to person- rest assured that while the colors on the card may not be exactly what you see they are still just as gorgeous or even more so in person!
Paint spots on the back are normal. Some artists choose to paint over them, but for me they are my little way of proving authenticity, and remind me and everyone of how much fun I have when I make these- If it's not messy I'm not doing it right!! :D
